This is a promotional talk show held on a conference boat (also known as a houseboat) floating on the River Ganges in Kolkata. This is not just a tour.

We are building a senior citizen housing right on the banks of the Ganges at a place called Charsarathi near Kalyani. This is a non-profit venture but professionally managed. Through membership couples above 50 single people two sisters or brothers or two friends can get a flat. If a couple has a specially abled child he/she can also stay as a third person. In the absence of parents that child can stay for life. However this arrangement is for a limited number of people. For this a deposit of 30 lakhs will be required for a dwelling unit which is fully refundable. An additional 10 lakhs for a specially abled child/ individual.

This housing will have medical facilities a gym physiotherapy restaurant auditorium car parking facilities swimming pool open air theater general shop pharmacy and all the modern facilities that a housing should have. Every flat will face the Ganges.

Since this concept is new people have to be convinced. We have organized a Ganga tour on Tuesday August 19 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM in an AC conference boat. There we will express our thoughts and answer all your questions.

We invite those who are looking for or have the idea of ​​​​housing for the last age who are serious about this matter who have a financial limit of 30 lakhs and have the mentality of getting comfort and services for the last age with this expense. An additional benefit will be to enjoy Ganga Aarti from the boat. At the end there will be refreshments.

The number of tickets is 26. Please do not buy more than two tickets per person. No one should come with the mentality of just traveling to the Ganga. This is a talk show related to our housing.

There will be a pick-up and drop-off arrangement in an AC car for people living in Kolkata. This is optional. For those living in Kolkata, the pick-up will be from the nearest bus stop; for those living outside Kolkata, the pick-up will be from Howrah or Sealdaha station. The drop-off will be made at the same place.

The ticket price is Rs. 1000, including pick-up and drop-off. Tax platform fee, etc., are additional. You have to buy the ticket from the link by filling up a small form. There is no facility to send money directly to our bank.
